The handle is an ergonomic design, which is thicker at the top radius. This design helps eliminate the symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome and is very comfortable to use.
Available with the blade bolted in for easy replacement, or glued in place.
Blade is available in single durometers of 60, 70, 80 and 90, as well as 75/90/75 multi - durometer.
Squeegees can be purchased either cut to size or in full 72” lengths.

ALUMINUM EMULSION SCOOP COATER WITH COVER
Our scoop coater features a dual sided coating edge for either a sharp edge thin coat for higher screen mesh, or a rounded dull edge for coating lower mesh screens or for coating for heat transfers. Extruded from T6 aluminum this coater is easy to hold, sits easily on flat surface between coats, and holds a good amount of emulsion for lengthy coating sessions.
The scoop coater comes complete with snap-on injection molded end caps,as well as a full top snap-on dust cover.
Our non-adjustable screen rack is perfect for shops of any size. This unit holds 20 screen frames, has rubber wheel casters and will hold both 20 X 24 as well as 23 X 31 screen frames including large diameter roller frames without having to angle them.
The non adjustable rack will ship UPS @ 36 lbs. This unit does ship broken down and minimal assembly is required.
